Like othe other main characters, Cait Sith too has an "Ultimate" or final weapon. These are powerful weapons that can equip the most materia and will allow your character to deal out more damage than usual. They have one major drawback: a zero materia growth rate. So if you're still in the process of advancing your materia, use a different weapon other than the Ultimate Weapon.

Cait Sith's Ultimate Weapon can be found—with no surprise—at Shinra Headquarters. During the Midgar Raid in the second CD, there's a chance to pick it up while navigating the Midgar sewers. Once you traverse the sewer tunnel to reach the building, enter and go to the 64th floor via the elavator. Check the center locker at the back of the locker room to find the HP Shout.

Special Property
As the name suggests, damage is based upon the amount of HP vs. total HP Cait Sith has. A higher HP count will allow for more damage, while a lower one will deal out less. As with many other aspects of Cait Sith's character, using this weapon is risky business. If you can keep his HP high, it's worth it.
