Seeing the damage being done by those in Shinra, Reeve changes alliances and supports AVALANCHE in stopping Sephiroth and Meteor. After Meteorfall, the planet still suffers from injury and the people still struggle with rebuilding their lives. Reeve brings together an organisation to help both the planet and the people regain what they once had.
