This page holds as a small archive of layouts used previously on Cryptic Puppet. Unfortunately, I was unable to salvage the first design made for this site (although I can promise you aren't missing anything). _icon

Versionfour

layout

The fourth version replaced the third in September of 2007, and also signalled a new age for Cryptic Puppet in its newly placed importance on Reeve Tuesti. Inspired by one of the first fan images I'd ever seen of Final Fantasy VII in a GamePro magazine of yonder years.

Versionthree

layout

The third layout finally replaced the second in August of 2004. Nicknamed "Stairway of Hell" (not a corruption of Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven, I swear) it was inspired by the notorious stairway in Shinra HQ.

Versiontwo

layout

Up for nearly two years (2002-2004), the second layout featured on Cryptic Puppet was a grungy one that for some reason reminded me of the Midgar slums. I still rather like it.
